Warranty Program – Gilson Snow

At Gilson Snow, we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products. Our warranty program ensures that customers receive high-quality gear, and we make the process of handling warranty claims seamless.



Limited Warranty Coverage

Warranty Periods by Product Category

Snowboards and Skis: 5 Years

Happy Hour Snowboards: 1 Year

Apparel: 1 Year

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
  • Delamination or structural failures not caused by impact
  • Issues related to inserts and core materials due to manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic blemishes
  • Impact damage from rocks, rails, trees, or other objects
  • Cracks, splits, or delaminations caused by impact or improper use
  • Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings
  • Damage resulting from solvents, adhesives, or chemical treatments


Warranty Claim Process

Initial Claim Submission

Customers should contact info@GilsonSnow.com with:

  • Subject line "WARRANTY"
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Evaluation & Resolution

  • Gilson Snow will assess the claim within 5 business days and determine if the product qualifies for warranty repair or replacement.
  • Approved claims will be repaired first whenever possible. If repair is not feasible, the product will be replaced at no cost (subject to availability). If an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable model.

Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for shipping items to Gilson Snow. We cover return shipping for approved claims.Gilson Snowboards is not responsible for lost packages. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Additional Warranty Terms

Original Purchaser Requirement: Warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. Limit one claim per purchase.

Closeout & Clearance Items: Warranty does not apply to closeout purchases, demo units or final sale items.

Repair Services: If a product is not covered under warranty but is repairable, we offer repair services for a reasonable fee. After assessment, owners will be contacted with repair options before proceeding.
