RETURNS

Any unused items purchased from us are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all accessories and inserts included and the original tags attached. All products are subject to inspection upon return.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom designs
  • Closeout items marked as “Final Sale” (as noted on the product detail page or point of sale)
  • Gift Cards
  • Electronic Gift Cards
  • Other exclusions may apply

Only items purchased directly from Gilson Snow, either online at GilsonSnow.com or at a Gilson Snow-owned store, can be returned to us. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. You can expect a full refund for the cost of the merchandise to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 days of Gilson Snow receiving your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.



Online Continental United States Purchases

A $30 return fee will be deducted from your refund when using our return process. This fee covers shipping and handling. Online International Purchases

An $80 return fee will be deducted from your refund when using our return process. This fee covers shipping and handling. Domestic Exchange Policy

We accommodate exchanges for items that meet the requirements of our return policy. This exchange must take place within the 30-day return window. A $30 fee must be paid prior to processing the exchange. Refunds for returned items will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability If an item is being exchanged for another that needs to be built, that build process will not start until GILSON receives your return.



International Exchange Policy

We do not accommodate exchanges for items that have been purchased internationally. We recommend following the above return policy, and then repurchasing the correct item from our online store.



Price Adjustment Policy

We are unable to price match or provide price adjustments if an item goes on sale after your purchase. However, unused products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
